Individual items (text, graphics, photographs, videos) may have other copyrightholders. For such cases, see below.

Swiss federal law and the laws of the Canton of Basel-Land apply exclusively.

1a. Terms for use of Graphics (maps, diagrams and drawings) marked "HJW"

Graphics of any kind (maps, charts, diagrams, drawings, etc.) maked with the initials "HJW" are © George H.J. Weber may be used for non- non-commercial purposes only without permission, provided the graphics are not altered in any way without our permission.

For permission to use altered or unaltered graphics for commercial purposes apply to George Weber, President of the Andaman Association, under andaman (at) bluewin.ch, giving purpose, context and location of proposed use or alterations and give preferred payment method and fee suggested.

No use in unsuitable contexts will be approved.

1b. Terms for use of Graphics (maps, diagrams and drawings) not marked "HJW"

If graphics are not marked "HJW", copyright may be held elsewhere. In such cases permission must be sought from the copyright owners. Contact us at andaman (at) bluewin.ch and we will direct you to the copyright holders whenever possible.

2. Terms for use of Photographs

For permission to use photographs for non-commercial purposes apply to George Weber, President of the Andaman Association, under andaman (at) bluewin.ch, giving purpose, context and location of proposed use or alterations and give preferred payment method and fee suggested.

For permission to use photographs for commercial purposes apply to George Weber, President of the Andaman Association, under andaman (at) bluewin.ch, giving purpose, context and location of proposed use or alterations and give preferred payment method and fee suggested.

If copyright of photographs is not held by George H.J. Weber or the Andaman Association, permission must be sought from the copyright owners. On receipt of your inquiry we will direct you to the copyright holders whenever possible.

3. Terms for use of Video materials

For permission to use video material of any kind for non-commercial or commercial purposes, without or with alterations apply to George Weber, President of the Andaman Association, under andaman (at) bluewin.ch, giving purpose, context and location of proposed use or alterations and give preferred payment method and fee suggested.

If copyright of video materials is not held by George H.J. Weber or the Andaman Association, permission must be sought from the copyright owners. On receipt of your inquiry we will direct you to the copyright holders whenever possible.

4. Translations

Unpublished material will under no circumstances be published by the Andaman Association without permission of the originator of the material.

Material is translated by the Andaman Association only with permission of the original author. If the original author cannot be found after a diligent search, translation may proceed without such permission. The copyright of the translated text is always held by the Association and that of the source text by the originator.

The copyright holder and source of the original untranslated material will in all such cases be named if known.

5. Unauthorized use

No additional use of copyrighted material going beyond the use or to more users than had been agreed to, is not permitted.
